Cottage cheese cooked in pureed spinach and spices
Trim the stem of the spinach, wash and clean.
1. Adding soda while blanching helps to retain the green color of spinach.
2. While cooking, once the pureed spinach is added, please do not cover and cook at any moment.
3. Adding few drops of lemon juice at the end helps the better absorption of iron from the spinach.
4. The amount of oil can be reduced if less oil is preferred, but to get the perfect taste and richness of Paalak Paneer, the required amount of oil need to be used as mentioned.
