A fruity snack which can be a perfect quick bite serving to be enjoyed anytime of the day. The sweet and sour taste of it will make it seductive leaving everyone mouthwatering. The recipe of the LIME AND HONEY YOGHURT DIP can be found here.
7 to 8 slices, pineapple (cut in half)
1 tsp, chili flakes
1 tsp, lemon grass (white part very finely chopped)
1 tbsp, honey
1 tsp, cumin powder
¼ tsp, black pepper powder
Salt as per taste
Juice of 1 lemon
In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except pineapple slices to form a marinade.
Marinate the pineapple slices in the prepared marinade and keep it aside for 10 to 15 mins.
Heat a grill pan and brush it lightly with olive oil.
Place the pineapple slices and grill them each side till brown. At intervals, drizzle the marinade on the slices and grill till done.
Enjoy them with lime honey yoghurt dip.
NOTE :- If you prefer, you can cut each slices into 4 quarters as well and proceed.
