2 and ½ cup, rice, cooked
¼ cup, carrot, cut in a small cubes
¼ cup, corn, boiled
¼ cup, green pepper, cut in a small cubes
¼ cup, spring onion greens, chopped
¼ cup, spring onion white bulbs, finely chopped
1 teaspoon, garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoon, roasted peanut, coarsely crushed
1 tablespoon, creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon, dark soya sauce
2 teaspoon, red chili paste
1 tablespoon, rice vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon, sesame oil
In a wok, heat oil. Add chopped garlic and fry until fragrant.
Add chopped spring onion white bulbs and toss for half a minute.
Add carrots and corn, toss well for half a minute.
Add green pepper, peanut butter, soy sauce, red chili paste, rice vinegar and mix well. Saute for half a minute.
Add spring onion greens and season with salt and pepper.
Add 2 tablespoon of crushed peanut, mix well.
Add rice and toss well. Fried rice is ready to be served.
Dish out, garnish with some spring onion greens and crushed peanuts.
