About me:
I am a microbiologist by qualification and a Naturopath by profession, but after marriage chose to be a home maker. Now, I am a mom of two beautiful kids. In eventful and lively daily routine of my house hold work, I hardly get enough time to ease myself. One of the most vital part in my routine is to cook food for my little angels and my adorable hubby. Indeed, they are very much fond of trying new dishes from various cuisines. Yes, I love to do lot of experiments with food and do variations to develop new combinations and recipes.
Furthermore, I always ensure to give my best in whatever dish I make for them. I indeed feel so glad when I see my small beautiful family relishing the food stuffs made by me. What better a mother and a wife could ask for herself, when she sees her family adoring the food prepared by her and earning accolades from them!! This is what it makes me the gladdest mother and a wife.
Significantly, my daily cooking deed turned out into a passion. My hubby gave me all the support and love to start food blog. And, that’s when my blog Cubes n Juliennes took birth. Definitely I am not the only one to start food blog. But, yeah I love to share my recipes and my experiences that I attempt in my kitchen.
My Food Styling and Photography Journey:
Beyond cooking, I strongly believe in the Food Axiom “You Eat with Your Eyes First”. So, apart from ensuring that the recipe is the best one, I also pay equal attention to shoot my food in the most natural and exotic way. I ensure that my fans and followers enjoy relishing with their eyes first and succeed when they make it for their own.
Being into food photography, which was a passion then, has turned into a profession now. Yes, I should mention this, the inspiration, the strength and the support behind me being a professional food stylist and food photographer, is my husband. It was him, who encouraged me to show the best of me as he knew my potential much more better than me. With all the blessings of Almighty, my parents and all the love and support of my husband, the name 'Farrukh Aziz Ansari' has built its position and earned the fame not only in India but also across the borders.
Once then, a shy, an introvert girl is now a confident and highly acclaimed award winning Indian food blogger, professional food stylist and a food photographer.

Ma'am I am a big fan of your recipes. I have tried various recipes and they've turned out absolutely lip smacking... Mango chicken biryani especially was so different and unique...my friends just loved it. I have a request ma'am...u seem to have removed a few recipes from your site...my go to recipe was your kadahi paneer...can you please please please put it back on... Thanks and regards.
