How to cook sweet potatoes in air fryer?
Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F.
Place peeled and cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, ground cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and freshly ground pepper in a large bowl.
Toss to coat the sweet potato cubes well with the seasonings.
Place the seasoned cubes in the air fryer basket and spread in single layer.
Air fry for 14-15 minutes shaking the basket once in between after about 7 minutes of cooking.
Transfer to the serving plate, sprinkle little sea salt and garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
